ReplyDeleteI did not see this chapter in english on any of the many sites I frequent, so I'm not sure who you think is working on it. I only remember one time a ch being done by someone else. Yours is a much better quality translation so I would hope you will continue. We all look forward to reading your work, and your efforts are greatly appreciated.

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to tell how much I appreciate you not dropping this project so far, for even tough we grow older and bussier, there still from time to time pop up mangas reading of which we can really feel better. And I can tell I found this one feeling very uneasy and i had great time reading it :) Since you did (and still are doing) a part of work which enables us to read it - Thank you thousand times :)
I feel this urge because I read your blogs and I feel a bit closer to you ( I do not write to all the scanlators :) ).
I don´t Know the other group, I allways come here for this manga, you still have loyal readers at your back :)
ReplyDeleteKat, I appreciate your work, but you need a proofreader. There's some really awkward phrasing in your script, like the "Go home and drink milk!" line. Nobody would EVER say that in English, and seeing that come out of a grown man like Yin was... well... cringe-worthy to say the least.

the scanlators you mentioned, are no longer working with this series. They only did 2 chpts then dropped it. So you can't drop this series.

ReplyDeleteAlso, even though there was another scanslator working on it for two chapters, another scanslator released this chapter before I did. This is what I was referring to.
Your version is muuuuuch better!So please don't drop it and do not disappoint your fans ^^
